Catherine Williams joins That’s the Rub Massage Therapy Center after a decade of intense therapeutic practice and study. Graduating in 2004 from Alternatives for Health in Columbus Indiana, she was fortunate to study with one of the pioneering massage instructors in Indiana: Freda Neil. Highly skilled in a variety of therapeutic / medical massage modalities and energy medicine, Catherine is also certified through the Upledger Institute for Cranial Sacral Therapy, which she incorporates into her massage practice.
Not one to just settle in, Catherine is currently pursuing certifications through the American Council of Exercise (ACE) in personal training, and health and wellness coaching. “I believe the best gift you can give the universe is a healthy you,” says Catherine. “I pride myself to creating the space needed for a client to feel safe to engage in deep relaxation, and to facilitate healing thru an integrated balanced massage combining deep tissue therapies and deep relaxation techniques.” In her free time, Catherine enjoys researching advances in health and wellness, and traveling with her husband on their Harley Davidson, discovering the beauty and freedom of the open road!
